A Vault is like an outlet for Oakley related products. While many things there will be full retail price (particularly new releases), there will be a lot of reduced price, clearance items, or other deals to be found.

Covent Garden is not a Vault store. The two in the UK are at Cheshire Oaks outlet village at Elsmere Port and Gunwharf Quays outlet village in Portsmouth.
