For Sunday brunch I had the Mexican Scram. Roasted poblano stuffed with eggs, chorizo, onions & cheese.

Kim had a creamed spinach, bacon and cheese omelet with a salad.

Every meal is a masterpiece. Everything made in house. Fantabulous!

I felt the same way about the fruity rum drinks in Hawaii. Holy god I could have killed myself with just a few more of those.

Sliced Vienna sausages and diced green chiles, sauteed then scrambled with eggs and topped with salsa verde:
