It's not necessarily a re-count that is needed, but an audit of the votes that is necessary.Wouldn't a re-count of those ballots and verification of those envelopes seal the deal when matched against public data? If you were to submit a ballot for a previous homeowner, that would obviously raise red flags no? Especially when that individual may have voted as well? It's hard to believe that they do zero background checks on the votes that come in.
If that's true, and they have literally zero accountability for those votes, that is some elementary style voting shenanigan's for class president.
