3D Printing X Metals?

Has anyone tried 3d printing X metals? I'm thinking of 3d printing an OTT into metal components.

You can print Ti 6-4 , which Oakley X-Metals are, since they are offered as powder form. But the stiffness isn't made for OTT.

If you make a fuctioning ott, 3D printed in anything. I would be willing I buy if you choose to go that route. This sounds sick

I could imagine the strain on the skull but nothing good upholstery foam can't handle. I was thinking of 3d printing the 1st generation racing jackets as well those might look great too. I'm no engineer so I can't say how to put the lenses on but I'm sure there's a way, screws perhaps.

I don't think you've taken the weight of the metal into consideration. They are constructed of O Matter I'm sure, for a good reason. You'd have to have padding around the front and down the arms, to start with. Then you need to consider the thickness of the metal..........
