How bad is the arm on the Latch? Is there any easy solution to fixing it?

How bad is the arm on the Latch? Is there any easy solution to fixing it?

It opens and closes normally but it sounds like it is rubbing. I don’t know if there is a way to fix it (that’s the reason for the price). I’ve worn it like this and I’ve never had an issue, plus the “latch” mechanism still works

A little graphite powder will Probably take care of that.
