I believe the last "remastered" series retro 5 was the Black Metallic release in 2016. I know those sat a bit because $220 was a bit absurd.

Since then, it seems like Nike dropped their production volumes. A fair share of non-remastered pairs go soon enough. I know a lot of people also have a strong attachment to the 4, and especially this color. Oddly I'm not of the bunch and got it without really trying. In reality it's my "beater" ahead of the Travis Scott pair.

Yes, have to say i like the 6 better, looks more like a basketshoe, the 4 looks alot like a skateboard shoe or regular sneaker imo.... i don't think it screams basketball like the 5 and 6.

I do have the retro 6 from this year, are they softer/more flexible compared to the 4? Not that i can find a pair of 4 to purchase anywhere, i am just curious

I don't find them too far apart in flex, mostly because they have the same fundamental makeup for their platforms, just shaped differently. Cushion might actually be more giving in the 4 with time since the rear unit is more exposed.
