they are more than likely a blasted frame. give away is the blasted x metal rivets. here is a link to the O Review

The one you are asking about is wrong in that it has x-metal rivits instead of the polished it should have,I think this seller cobbles a lot of his pairs together ie.Ichiros with no serial ect.but he uses genuine parts to do it!Hardly ever see him sell a boxed pair and every thing is "rare"........... bit of a British BMcaps!!!

I'm with NP here. The orbitals have a bit of pop for a Ti02 and his description probably has a lot of truth to it when he says "Plasma/X-Metal frame" because that's exactly what they look like.
Rivets add to it.
