Beyond Beaters

Thought it might be interesting to show a running stream of beaters (or beyond) that are picked up and revitalized. Maybe before and afters... or maybe the shock of a good pair gone bad.

Here’s an example. Found these on the Bay. They are Madmans. Almost didn’t notice.

The frames I think were black (not sure). The frame... it was wrapped. Wrapped... in a carbon fiber skin. Shots show before and after removing the skin. Now they are all sticky.

One arm is detached. Hoping it’s just a screw.

And the lenses I think are either replacement or OEM 24k. The lenses are in good shape.

Let’s see what I can do to bring em back to life.
