They are pretty cool. They have adhesive on the back and go on the stem above the bike fork, like the below image. With Oakley's bike/bmx heritage it's a unique piece. I believe only 100 made but no idea if that's true or not. Their design screams vintage Oakley. Almost looks like a police badge. I traded for mine a while back and have it displayed near my grips and other various bike tools in the case.
