Blinders Kewl or Not?

It would be display only for me. Not only as far as the looks, but the reduced peripheral vision could be an issue.

We have talked about these in several other threads. It's a great display piece or a novelty item for a comic collector who is a cyclops/Xman fan. However wearing them out in public or especially driving with them is dangerous. They cut your peripheral vision down to nothing. It's like looking through a tube on each eye. Essentially a version of tunnel vision. Your eyes are fix forward and you can see anything to your sides. The term blinder is just that. Great novelty for a display only. IMHO
