Braindead Mumbo and EJ

Give a pic with them unfolded and then one facing it from the back with them open to better assess whats going on there...
As you can see in the top view photo, the left arm bows out starting about halfway through where the rubber grip is.

This is the reason I always try to get 2. I have no interest profiting on the second set. I want at least one to be good and I'll send the other back. Burned too many times and Oakley won't exchange it out for a replacement. All you'll get is a code and then you'll have to go pay more on eBay if you really want one.

Absolutely ridiculous when it comes to quality control. I ordered these from Braindead. I emailed their customer service. Hoping to at least get some money back from some kind of discount with enough complaining.

The third party sites I've ordered from don't take returns. All sales final. Maybe others have had a different experience.

If you want to fix it gentle heat and slowly reshaping it the way you want it. A little at a time. let it relax and cool off in between tweakings.

You would think that a billion dollar company thats run by a trillion dollar company would have tech guys who could make the site sell the appropriate amount of inventory then say sold out like all the little $100K shoe site companies have
I only buy apparel off the Oakley site anymore. Nothing limited edition. Too many employees at Oakley with sticky fingers that want these limited edition items just like this. Its like “Opps, order got canceled”, no accountability and no ones to know apparently.

Compare that to the Braindead site that is always accurate and efficient.

Oakley needs to do some random audits and buy a few of these ebay scalper listings and see if the return addresses are employees.
