Cut them no slack.... If something is effed up with the glasses you got then write in and tell them you are pissed. I actually said that to them LOL! Cause I am I guess....

Maybe if they start having to give tons of refunds and codes out then it might catch their attention and they try a little harder next ti.... Oh Ferk it.... they will never change....

Email... and be careful with words... if you are looking for codes dont tell them to cancel you... they will write back with the cancel and apology but not actually cancel it then you can write in again, repeat, and get more codes.
