Broken Kato. Repairable?

Kato with broken hinge, offered in Europe.
For 60e... and assuming everything else is okay... Should I buy and bond it, or leave it be?

Additional picture now reveal a suspicious bag, a non-Kato (as in: standard woven instead of smooth) box and something that looks like a prizm dark golf lens. Must be a fake.
