Can anyone ID this hardshell backpack?

Can anyone ID this hardshell pack? I believe it’s early 2000s and it’s similar to the Oakley lunchbox. I’ve been surfing through eBay for the past year for it under “Oakley hardshell” but can’t seem to find it and was wondering anyone can get an accurate ID to what this pack is called; thank you.

It's pretty rare to find one. I've only seen 2 up for sale in the last year and a half for like 80 or 100 depending on the zipper pull tabs.
