How to Change Juliet Earsocks Easily?

Guys I know this is gonna sound dumb but what’s the easiest way to put on new ear socks on a pair of juliets? My fingers are numb after sliding one new ear sock on.

There must be a trick to doing this.

For SJ2’s I use a tiny dot of soap, then wash with water and dry.

That works!
I spray with eyeglass cleaner in the rubber and on the stems. Grab the rubber with a towel and work it on. Just lazy from washing again because I usually already just washed the frame when I am putting on new rubbers.
