Since leaving O, I had heard the customer service had taken a dip. As I've never had to warranty any of my sunnies in the past, I couldnt agree or disagree. Anyway while in the US, O hooked me up with a pair of Skatedeck. Wore them for my holiday, but when I return to the UK i noticed the hinge had crack. So rather than bothering my O buddies, I thought I'd give Customers Services a shot. I mailed Customer Service in Europe, filled the form and attached pictures. Heard nothing for about a week and started thinking the worst. I was pretty bummed, but figured I'd chase them up as soon as I got to work. Reached my desk to find an eyewear box shaped package waiting. Opened it to find a brand new pair of Skatedeck, complete with box, microbag and warranty receipt. Super stoked!
