That would be my guess. When my Lobsterskins came with a scratched lens Oakley told me it was Concepts issue, then when I contacted them, they told me it was Oakley...Any bets on if Oakley will tell me to complain to brain dead and vice versa?

Let us know if they write back with an ETA. I think a lot of us are in the same boat. I realize it was probably a lot of orders in a short span but I hope I do get a tracking number because I’m usually never home.I thought I had, then went back and checked. As I posted previously - no shipping notification and yet they were on my doorstep when I got home via FedEx.I never got a shipping notification however they were on my doorstep 30 minutes ago. Fed Ex Express delivery.
