Flex Coupler Tightness Uneven

I recently started playing with replacing my own flex couplers in my Juliets (since I have 15 of them) and ran into an issue that I am hoping someone has some advice on.

The last two pairs that I did, one orbital was looser than the other using the same couplers. Any tips on getting both sides to be the same? Maybe using a different brand of coupler would make a difference, but I don't know.

Who's couplers are you using.
On some generations, the tabs are ground off differently. One side may be square the other side rounded.5th gen are notoriously rounded off.

I am using the ones from Linegear, but open to suggestions on if these are good or if there are better ones out there.

I think line gear rubber is a little bit too soft... Especially on later generation frames where the tabs are rounded off.
Try @zwc0442 for bridge rubber

I concur with @THE X-MAN on the LG flex coupler Rubber. Even their hardest compound is quite soft.
I personally use OXM ones. For me they are perfect.

I’ve used OXM flex couplers because his wraps all the way around instead of having the sides open. Makes for a super tight fit. Zach’s stuff is pretty good too.

Too much trimming on the OXM couplers...I don't think they should wrap all around.only front to back....

I have a pair of Oakley Juliet x metal frames with polarized lenses which I bought back in 2001 that I'm looking to get tuned up, specifically the nose bridge coupler. The frames and lenses themselves are still in near mint condition and I still have the original hard case, box, coin, and paperwork.
