I know they don’t have earsocks. I’m looking for alternative. I have custom Gascans but when I sweat they slip off.

Slipping probably because there's nothing to hold a rubber in place. Plus the sides are pretty tall, so would be a tall skinny rubber. Good luck in your search.

Try Flak 2.0…very grippy.
