Here is some comparison shots of the Ultra Blue mirror lens compared to the same color in Brilliant and Pure

Pure is on the right as shown in the XL Hopkipa and Twin Falls

Brilliant is on the left in the Palulu and Kaupo Gap

That ChromaPop lens will definitely rose-tint my world.

I may just prefer this Kaenon over my Maui Jim World Cup with the High-Contrast Bronze lens:

just compared & yes, I prefer Kaenon Hard Kore over the World Cup

The Readers Ho'okipa I got in were just what I thought I was looking for, but fell very short of what I was expecting from High-Contrast Bronze in a Maui-Brilliant lens:

The difference between HCL Bronze in the Brilliant lens vs. the SuperThin Glass is almost unimaginable.
No wonder I could hardly see a difference between Sandy Beach HCL Bronze a week ago & Ho'okipa Blue-Hawaii.

Even comparing the two Ho'okipa now, there is almost no difference between HCL Bronze in Maui-Brilliant material & Blue-Hawaii in Maui-Pure material.

They'll be fine for reading in the sun, but I doubt they will actually get used otherwise.

My yellow polarized lens glasses still kick the arse off Smith lens that is designed for the same.
My verdict is that ChromaPop should be called ChromaFlop.

Anyone using a Maui Sunrise lens?

Havent tried that one yet. I dont think its been offered for the frames I wear that I recall.

Rayban Chroma series was underwhelming to me when I looked at them. I have never tried Smith to know if I would like their stuff or not. Very limited distribution around me for their brand.

I'm enjoying my Ray Ban Chromance.....it's the blue mirror and it seems to give an Amber, almost yellow FOV. Strange but nice. I'll hold judgement on their "pop factor" until I bright sunny day.

Maui Jim Sunrise is also on my "must try" list.

I'm aware that I'm starting to sound like a paid employee.....but I really like the MRY Plasma Purple.

I like MRY but I understand they are hit and miss on their offerings. I love the Deep Water option they sell. Have them for the rimless EVZERO and rimmed Crosshair/G8L
