HELP!!! Badman hinges

Here are the feedbacks responds from customers that did it.

It’s not so easy to install the Hinge Assembly.
But it starts with removing the broken parts.
If you don’t haves the correct Hex Key to remove the set screw and mess it up you are in trouble, big trouble. And that is just to remove the broken SH. To install the new Assembly after you cleaned the hole in the arm you need a high quality lubricant grease to grease the assembly. After that you have to pull out the plunger out a bit and lock it with a wedge to assemble the arm to the frame. First time was a challenge for me.
If you have a chance to have it done by someone that has done it a couple of times let him/her/it do it.

@TheStig I read your guide here and the other hinge repair guide by @UnitorDhakra which is why I was trying to find the parts or get someone to do it. With no laser welder at my disposal I am not thrilled about the prospect of hours at the vice with a file, drill, Dremel and magnifiers fabricating the parts. Though not outside my tool and skill set, my neck hurts just thinking about it.

I appreciate the work you have done and the first hand experience you share.

I mean replace the hinges on eBay half x replacement service. You need to ship just the arm or the whole frame for the guy to replace the new springs hinge. Thanks

Sure - I am in TX. I am also on ebay and her is the link if you guys want to do it through there so there is some purchase protections. I will lower the price to $95 for the service. I have performed alot of these for friends and just sent one to Oklahoma that was just repaired (both hinges). I have an order of hinges coming in mid to end of August so some will be delayed until then but if the order is placed, I can get them tee'd up. Let me know if you guys have any issues or questions. I am interested in Half-X spring hinges.
As far as I know they are identical.
