First you said you didn’t know about the box or was unaware, here’s texts and images of you confirming. The glasses are new. I sent a video 360 of the glasses as well. I don’t owe you any more explanations. Or anyone one else. On a deal done outside this forum. Of which I uploaded photos receipts and now you’re discrediting real hard proof. It really doesn’t get any more crystal clear than this. You’re only proving my case further and further the more you fumble.

Eh? still not new. I didnt say I was unaware of the box- I said YOU are unaware that the box and glasses together cannot be new. and apparently still are:

your photos of a serial box and a non-serial pair make this pair impossible to be new, I didnt catch that it was not serialized but trusted that they were NEW like you have posted a LOT of times.

It's my fault for believing you understood what new means. And after dozens of pages of "proof" you still dont understand.

All mine are serialized except for ones that I bought from Ricosuave1 my database is accurate AND public.

the non-serial pair I have has a gash on the orbital top as seen in for sale ad above. which BTW are an accurate non-serial pair with a 3-piece box that could pass for new except for the gash.

I'll stand by my word. Your video is incomplete and doesn't show you opening the box either, nor the date when the video was taken. You couldn't have swapped out lens? You cant swap just an arm either? Again, more he said, she said. I sold you new glasses that I have receipts for. Understand the parties involved. I hooked you up with a nice pair of Mars Jordans because I wanted a pair you had listed for 3x my buying price. I gave you a couple of options and for trade of things you wanted. You freaked out when a package couldnt be tracked but cant accept that it shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday and called it "suspicious behavior" I even called you and told you not to manifest it being lost because the tracking was missing - it wasnt even yours yet and you already wanted to get another pair.

On this trade I knew you wanted the Penny Ruby and thought it would be an OK trade- I dont need another XMXX but I figured I would hook you up and the trade was fair until it wasn't.

I called you to ask you to either swap back or just buy the Penny outright- then asked you if you would accept if we traded places- I sold you a brand new XMXX and received what you sent me would you be happy? and you said "no returns- I dont accept buyers remorse". Your words.

When you said no returns I didnt go public because it was a trade between you and me. I thought about small claims court but - not worth it. I took my medicine and did not out you at all- until i saw you on the forum making deals. I hitup people you were communicating with and gave them a heads up of my experience with you.

And now here we are. This is the most time I have spent actively on the Forum. trying to to educate you for what? not to get my Penny back because I dont want anything you touch. I also am keeping your "Brand New" XMXX as a reminder kept as is to not open the "candy store" that I have worked 13 years on building.

I’m actually really glad this went public . It’s been an unpleasant experience and I refuse to deal with you ever again. And Ah… yes… it’s all about you doing me a favor now, not like you had anything to gain whatsoever. At times I could not reach you for days regarding an open deal we would have ongoing. You’ve been completely inconsiderate of my time as well, leaving me in limbo. I listed all the receipts you asked for of which you’ve still found ways to pick at and undermine . You’ve done nothing but go around in circles picking out every edge you can to use as ammunition. But the things you highlighted weren’t even relevant including : You had all these pictures in hd clarity before you even agreed to the deal. And Zooming in a picture/video at a specific lighting/shadow just to fit your agenda? Look at the hd 360 video, the clear as day listing photos, even the original listing photos I purchased from.

I may be new around here, but I’m the guy you meet at the grocery store, the bank. The stranger you stop to have small talk with and think, hey this guy is alright and there’s still good people in this world. I don’t play politics, popularity contests, and I won’t be bullied, bought or misled. I will stand by my statement and my documentation, factual cold hard evidence, even if that means I have to stand alone. And no one .. I’m sure since the beginning of time has ever been corrupt in a position of power. You might be cool in this world with a few xmetals, but in the real world, these glasses are small change.
