Introduce Yourself!

Just thought I’d say hello.. new member from San Diego...
been in optical field for over 20 yrs as optician/optical manager/ sales rep/ lab manager .... if any of you guys have questions about optics or technical questions bout sunglasses I would be happy to try and answer them for you ( currently researching/writing a technical level 3 article about polarizers)

Crossing my fingers that once I complete my ophthalmic optics masters by end of year I will be able to find employment at the great one icon house !!

Welcome.

Not bad at all.

You're not man enough to own your stuff to your wife.

Haha true true.. I make no excuses.. she’s the breadwinner at the moment since I stepped down and work a lot less to go back to school... I need to ask for an increase in my allowance if I’m going to start frequenting this forum more often

Saying hi. Bought my first Oakley's for $120 back in 1994... oakley Zero's if I remember right. Broke them on a ski hill 20 minutes later. Today I got my first pair of non gas station sunglasses in 25 years... and they look better on my 11 year old.
