Sapphire and Ruby are pretty similar when it comes to eye visibility from outside. But Sapphire has a tint-shift effect when seen through and I find it dizzying and straining. Prizm Road would be a great choice for bike rides but it will let your eyes show through.

Your best bet would be to try them in a store physically before taking a call
