Need some help finding parts for an older pair of Radar Paths

Ok, so I've got an older pair of Radars with the path lens....I need some new nose pads...would like to see if there are any OEM pads or asian fit pads available, I went to the customer support site for replacement parts and put in the number on the stem....09-671....nothing. Anyone know if there are any out there?

Nose pads for Radar are the same as Radarlock, Radar EV and EV Zero. You can use any of them.
