I say yes, but I'm a tad biased. I wouldn't pay retail for them; just find a deal online or on the forum.
 
Here's what the Sapphires look like on me...
Really beautiful frame and the lenses have amazing coverage, but the fitment makes me not care for them...
Giving them to my 9 year old son :)

Yeah they look fantastic but like you say the fit is a issue. It should have been better for a pair in that price class
 
I just bought a pair. To me the suggested retail of $340 is way high... But if you can get a pre-owned CS in excellent condition, like I did for $135, go for it. The only thin I can compare them to is the Flak and Flak 2.0 because that's what I own. VERY light and they don't seem to hug my head as well as the Flak, also not as much wrap as the Flak, but clearly a different purpose for the CS. But they do look good. Also, my nose bridge is very narrow, so I had to add 2.5mm silicone nose pads. They fit well now.
