Newb question on what I have

Can anyone tell me if this is a Gen 4 and if this is a legitimate Oakley? I think I picked these up when I was about 16 and forgot about them... found them going through some boxes. What would these be worth if I put these up for sale? The lenses are def. scratched. One side has some bad scarring. Any help is appreciated!

I cannot find any marking on the sunglasses. I read this is indicative of a gen 4...?
