I didn't think you were, Jim. It was more an observation. Having looked on the Bay, prices seem to have all of a sudden, hiked......by about 100 bucks or more.

Yeah it's unfortunate that this is a time people will be capatilizing, but the prices will not be going down any time soon I'm sure
