"Nintendo" Oakley Knockoffs?

I've had these sunglasses forever but I can't for the life of me remember where they came from. I played a lot of Nintendo and frequented video game stores for many years, my gut is I got them as a giveaway for some release but just a guess from my subconscious.

To call them Oakley knockoffs may be inappropriate, I don't recall seeing an Oakley model that had the funky clip-on "headrest" for instance but the overall form seems to be at least informed by a period Oakley model.

Any thoughts from the sunglasses community?

Sorry, but NOT Oakley. Oakleys of that type namely the Eyeshade. The quality would be laughed at in Eighties Quality Control, then binned, to be incinerated.
