no. The base has nothing to do with being polarized.

You can usually tell visually by the etching on one of the lenses

thank y'all for the answers. i have been trying to replace a pair of racing jackets that were stolen from me and i am having a really hard time finding any close.

To my limited knowledge, Racing Jackets don’t have “Polarized” etching.
