I work for Oakley and since it was Halloween today we had a costume contest and I won in the category for "scariest costume."
I also got a prize for winning and I thought you guys would like to see it.


I went with these guys. Polished black frame, jade iridium lenses. These are absolutely beautiful in person. The frame is solid too. I usually just wear my frogskins and these guys fit pretty similarly. I would say that they are in between the frogskin and the holbrook as far as size, shape and fit goes.

So yeah, I just thought I'd show you guys these beautiful glasses. If you guys have any questions about 'em, shoot those questions my way and I'll do my best to answer them.

why, why, why did Oakley change that squiggly metal band on the stem from green to black?
these also look damn sexy in person. I want this jade iridium model now. but i already bought my oakley's for the month of november...

why, why, why did Oakley change that metal band on the stem from green to black?

Hmm, I'm not too sure to be honest. I remember when we first put the pictures up on the sight, they definitely did have that green metal slider on there. It was most likely changed for looks. It looked great, but I personally think that it looks better having only the lenses and icon in the jade color. It makes them stand out more instead of having stripes of green and black all over.

that makes sense, sort of how the straight jackets are with the colored lug option. i still would have got them with the green band though. beautys though. so much nicer than the original jupiters. shame, would have loved these to be the motogp model jupiter.

thank God Looking up plastic man did not take me same direction as Ron jeremy...I had no idea who either were but think I'd rather be in plastic Man's chosen field...My wife and I know nothing of ol Ron or that sort of thing ...I thought smut died with VCR... ..I still worry Ill get a virus from following the link...honestly this guy would make most woman's skin crawl in real life...backOT wish they'd do a Jupiter Squared Small...
