I'm not against anyone here sniping auctions. But I'm not going to let frames that I think others would want a secret, just because of others. It's a bidding system for a reason and everyone deserves a chance, I would have liked this when I started quite a few times.

I agree with posting whatever you'd like. It's not like a forum member or any other Oakley collector hasn't seen the post. Same with CL, we all see the same posts and we all see the same auctions. That's why if you look you will always see the number of people watching an auction.

My 02, leave it alone and don't post an item on a public forum to advertise it unless it's a good deal on a common item. If others want that particular rare item, let them find it themselves. All it does is drive the market up and that's bad for everyone!

That's actually not bad for everyone, think of the forum member who may be selling the item. Maybe it helped him get a better price for item. It's not all about getting the best deal.

Not at all bro. Think about it. A lot of times things on eBay go for way too little. I've had some very rare pieces sell for almost nothing. Wish I had someone post a link here. It would have gotten a lot more attention.
