I would not pay much for it.
It’s in rough shape and needs a complete restoration. All new Plexiglass, locks, prob. lights and so on.
Just the Plexiglass doors, shelves and skins will run you $300-400,- plus locks plus lighting.
So even if get it for free it will cost you $500,- and you still have a banged up cabinet.

I haven't even really begun to touch it really it's just been in a side shed for years now i haven't began to wipe it down clean it up the plexi glass is in great condition I just need to dust it off I'll post better pictures after I clean it
