I was just down there a couple weeks ago, I went to xplor and xcreate(sp?). Had a blast, going back in October.

This is our third year in a row going. Love it. The kids love it, however they don't like Xcaret, I guess too much walking. Xel-Ha is such a magical place though. Easily my favorite.

When I looked at it online it kinda looked like it might have a resort.

No, not at all. It is a park, smaller than Xcaret.

Xcaret was to big, it was nice to see the shows and stuff but I dont think we'll be back.
Xplor was fun, zip lining in the rain was a blast.
Next time down we plan to get out to some ruins and just relax at the resort.

Yes, that's why the kids don't like Xcaret, too big, too much walking. Xelha is the perfect size. They also love Xplor. Go to Tulum, nice ruins.
We also want to relax at the resort next time. Too much running around, waking up early. The kids were complaining "I thought these were vacatons!!"Similar threads
