Can't wait for next week!!! Our offense has struggled without Todd Herman as OC, Now with Indiana's Kevin Wilson, hopefully JT Barrett turns things around and makes it exciting again!

UT got preseason ranked at #23. Nice, but premature. Three crap years and coming off a 5-7 season and a new head coach, it's all optimism. We need to prove something before deserving a ranking.

The matchup against USC for our 3rd game will be telling. Don't expect to win that one but how hard we fight will be a good indicator of what Herman's done. The past few years we've been weak on the fundamentals and that's one of his strengths.

Haha indeed! And it's always nice owning your own destiny, but nothing is a ginmie in College football these days. We have a couple tough division games, as well as Oklahoma State coming to our house.

Don't underestimate Herman, the man is a genius and a hell of a football coach!

We're certainly hoping that will be the case, there's a lot of optimism around here. Right now it's like he can do no wrong. But still, change takes time and there's always greater player attrition with a head coaching change. I'd be happy with an 8 win season, I think the people predicting 10 wins this year are smoking crack. Though I wouldn't complain.
