It is the Bounce Back Rewards program. The promotion lasted from April 28th to May 20th. Those who made purchases during this period qualify for discount codes ($20, $40, $75, or $150) based on the amount of their purchase. Those who spent $500 during the promotion get a $150 discount code they can use for a future purchase of $300 or more. The redemption period started on June 1st and some people were still getting their discount codes

So a zero spender shall get zero emails lol. Thanks for the explanation.
