I don't even get 8 hours of battery use from the phone. Maybe not even 5-6.

I think I average about 10hrs screen on time and I ususally make it home with around 40%. Sounds like you need a different phone.

Sticking with the crappy battery life phone I have. If I give this phone to the GF I bet the battery doesn't go under 20% in 18 hours.

I can deal with mine since I have an extra battery, courtesy of Samsung, and a quick charge battery pack.

Extra battery would be nice... I use the battery pack chargers anyway.....
