So a funny thing (to me) happened at work today. I am a vet, decent rank when I got out. Office job that I have now (and HATE) I am pretty much the low guy on the totem pole. So I had a few people that needed to do some training that are about 4 pay grades above me. Training was due mid-Dec. I emailed them all saying they were overdue and needed to complete the training as soon as possible and send me the certificates. They all called/emailed my boss asking why I was telling them what to do getting all hurt by the fact I am a lower pay grade then them.
I honestly just laughed and said "Then they should have done the training by the due date that was set by the National office"
I need to get used to this civilian stuff I guess....lolSimilar threads
