It's different in the military. 99 percent of the time I already have the solution. I want them to pitch me THEIR solution in order to train them to do my job when the time comes. The way I see it is this.... If you care enough about it then put a little effort into it so it may turn out the way you want it to.

What is a little effort.I was in the powder department, when i got moved to the cnc machines they had to hire 3 people to replace me with less quality and quantity. There was 3 people running the machines that i run by my self currently. I'm disabled with epilepsy heavily medicated on 2000mg Depakote 1200mg carbamezapine and 300 mg zonisamide. I've lost 60 pounds in last year and a half still doesn't work.They wanna cut a golf ball size chunk out of my front lobe.Most people would be on disability

Sorry to hear about that man. Clearly you're in a different situation and different work environment so I can't speak to that.
