Don't worry....your new one is on the way.The one good thing I got out of this experience is that I lost the insurance that was on my line. I was prompted to make a selection. I declined the insurance because I didn't want to pay $7.15 per month...my old coverage was $5.18. Called CS yesterday and they couldn't put the old insurance price on there. Oh well. If the Note 4 breaks, I will probably pay $200 to fix it or find a new phone lol
