Not out of the game for long!
Bump for the forums head patrolman!

Good to hear!*UPDATE*
After a long battle with the Insurance Co. we are just about to settle. Hopefully by weeks end. My old house will be demolished next week. At this point we are going to level the property and hold onto the land. We are starting to look for a new house and starting the process to get pre-approved for a mortgage. We will be buying a new home and hopefully will be in by the summer. Maybe one of my kids will build a home on my old property, when they are ready. To build for me it will be 10 to 12 months and I cannot keep our lives on hold any longer. I never thought it would take this long. New Jersey and Insurance are horrible.
Like @"TRUMP" said. Thanks to him, @Cutch22, @Smurf_AZ, @Tidezealot, @Rick58, @SouLFuLFroG and so many others, I was not out of the game for too long. My collection rebounded fairly quickly due to the many donated frames I was given. I also had some of my frames restored by other members. The kindness I have received, including the well wishes and words of encouragement is truly humbling. I am a lucky man and being a part of this community is a part of that. It is with out a doubt the best community of its kind that I have had the pleasure to be a part of. I thank you all.
I will most definitely pay it forward as time goes by. My family and I are getting into a better position with each passing day and hopefully by Summer, we will be back to normal, in our own home.
Thanks again for the continued support and encouragement. I am so grateful.
Peace and love to you all as we finally get into the warm and sunny weather.
Chris
