Some sellers account for the PP & Shipping fees in the asking price, so if one pays the asking price - then it’s all good right?

Try to bargain them down, and then things change?

So, if everyone pays whats asked, then it’s almost always PP G&S. If one wants to negotiate, then things are changing.

Hard to ask for bottom dollar, and all the protections one wants, by paying less than asking.

I couldn't have said it better. I think this is where lines begin to blur for people - as people want the best price but forget the seller's fees when trying to get the best price for themselves.
