Polished Carbon Finish Re-Creation?

Just wondering if anyone out there can re-create the polished carbon finish. Most of the polished carbons I see for sale have issues with the frame from the finish coming off. Just wondering if that can be re-created because I would totally pay for that. Thanks!

The only thing I can do in that situation is paint them with a cera coated gloss black paint.

Is that something that you have done before? I would be interested in seeing how that looks on a frame vs OEM.

Does Cerakote have some texture to it? I like the smooth polished look, and looking at the images from that review it looks pretty rough and textured. I would expect that for a X-Metal or a rough finish, but according to that post the original frames were carbon which is a smooth finish.

The blasted finish is a must for the paint to have a proper mechanical bond. That information comes directly from the cera kote website. I could probably lay it on in 2 Coats to smooth it out a little bit more.but I think some wet sanding with 8000 grit would smooth out the slight texture. But that takes a lot of time and time is money.
