Found them on eBay. They allegedly were only issued at the 2009 Red Bull Rampage.

Arguably, I probably paid too much, but I thought they were worth collecting. They don't come with a red bull box, the rest

There's a thread on Oakley Forum that says that there are a few people here that own them, however exact numbers are unknown.

If you put a "buying" notification in this forum, you may get some takers.
