How did the buyer pay? that can affect how the transaction goes through.

It showed in Paypal as an echeck but that should have cleared and now it wants a tracking number before it releases funds.

That just typically means they sent funds directly from there bank account. I would personally print the label add the tracking and wait for funds to deposit then ship. I don’t personally know the buyer and I know everyone...

I wouldn’t ship anything until the money landed or just cancel the deal.

Sometimes PayPal freezes funds for protection reasons (to prevent fraud) if your paypal account is new as its considered high risk for them. I would not worry about it. As long as you ship the watch and keep records of it if thats what Paypal wants you to do you should be fine.
