RJ Splatter custom - Who is Dave the artisan custom? Help me identify please

Back in 2018, I did three custom O-matter. One RJ into splatter, one Holbrook & Frog to colorful paint.

1. The RJ splatter was done by Dave. Who is Dave who done this? Forgive me, I can't remember the OF username.
2. Of the two Brook and Frog, one is clearly by Brian @Soulfulfrog , or maybe the second Frog also done by Brian??

The RJ has full set, a box with foam an big pouch. How much would this copy & custom go for? Thanks.

There used to be a Dave from UK with the handle WavecloudCustoms. Think he went MIA, with many members losing $$. This RJ looks similar to another of his creations:

Its a shame, as he used to do some really nice work. That RJ posted above is a beauty. I had long discussions with him on a custom though it never materialized.

Yes he did some unique work ...
He did a couple custom cut Zero 0.3s cut from Oakley google lenses for me while he was on here and running straight.
Yep he was talented as hell but then..... bub bye.....
