Romeo 1 “X” insignia on bridge: sunken vs raised

I never once anyone to debate the pictures and weather the logos were raised or sunken and I admitted to making a mistake even posting any pic because that did cause a debate I was not interested in. I already know for fact that one of those are of a sunken logo, there was no debate to be had. That’s why I was attempting to point this out when people were arguing the raised/sunken
How many times were you asked how you knew it was sunken and if you had seen it in person?

Yes… in had them in my actual hands. I rubbed my fingers over the logo. The only reason I didn’t purchase them was because I was concerned the “X” logo, I had come to understand that this was a good way to spot counterfeits. The romeo’s were also said to have “X-Metal” etched in the lens however that was not the case.
Now I have come across another pair, which I have not held in my hands but looked, to me, like the logo was sunken. That can be debated as I have said, because I’m not positive and I can’t say for certain.
I asked a simple question to avoid a debate about sunken/raised however posting the pics has obviously caused me more confusion and debate than I was expecting.
I don’t want to pass on good deals, or insinuate someone was passing fakes if this was a known occurrence with Oakley Romeo’s. Now that I’ve seen it twice I’ve been question my original decision to walk away, but Im more confused now then ever.

And I apologize for not answering everyone’s questions. I kinda thought people were just trying to criticize me or prove me wrong when that wasn’t even what I was trying to figure out.

So then your question was answered on the first page. There are no legit sunken logo’s only molded out logo’s from the factory. Unless someone customized it!

Was that hard? You avoided that for 5 pages.

I quit. This is ridiculous. Completely missed what I wanted answered. Never got a real answers just criticism, which I already admitted to making a mistake adding pics. I just want to know something I thought was pretty simple. Really didn’t want to argue about what I already know. Now I’m more confused about the actual answer then I ever was.
I answered the question pages ago.
Also, all pairs in the photos have raised logos.

I have plenty of pics that I can look at that I know are of actual authentic Oakley Romeo 1’s however none of those picture help me with my actually question. Especially considering people have now told me that Oakley did not ever put out a Romeo 1 with a sunken logo. Not to mention the serial number in question looks different too, at least a little bit compared to all the others I’ve seen. And I’m not the only person who said so, someone else remarked that it looked laser etched? Plus that logo is messed up even if you want to believe it’s raised. But I wasn’t asking about authenticity and did not supply enough pics to even make that determination. That’s why I wasn’t asking about that. I thought I could come on here and ask a question about whether Oakley had ever released a particular brand with a specific logo, and all I get is smartass remarks. I have already admitted adding any pics was a mistake!
Exhausting!
