No need, open the end of the box and slide it out and then back in

Only issue I see with leaving them unopened is over time, if not already, that foam is nasty AF and most likely the bag is ruined but.....hopefully that foam sludge doesn't penetrate the bag staining the 1st Gen frame......still worth leaving sealed IMHO.....time capsule!
