I don’t doubt that, mate.

It was a knee-jerk reaction to the Tabloid media in this Country kicking off about so-called “Devil Dogs”.

Dobies, GSD and Rotties got a bad press in the 70’s/80’s but managed to avoid being put on the list, Pit Bulls didn't.

Seems like Pit bulls are a popular breed in the States.

Banned Breed here, the nearest we get are Staffies.

Unfortunately, they got a lot of negative media coverage. There are some states that have bans as well. I’ve been around people who own them all my life and have never had anything happen. I am an owner of a pit bull myself and she’s very lovable and loyal.

Lola was a stray on the streets of Houston. I have no idea of what her past life was was, but have never seen even the slightest bit of aggression from her. She had fleas, tape worms from eating fleas, heart worms, and we did not know at the time, but she was also pregnant.

Fleas and tape worms easily treated. Heart worms currently being treated. Litter of 11 pups all re-homed (she was a good mom) we kept one. Today she is active, happy, and healthy.

Tank was found roaming the streets of Riverside. He knew a few commands and are assuming someone who list their house just abandoned him. He was healthy, but very thin And had a hole in one ear. He loves people and will come right up, sit in front of you and stick his big head in your crotch wanting to be loved, He’s scared of big noises and doesn’t prefer small yappy dogs. I always walk him with a harness so I have full control. I have a few neighbors who are not fans - the don’t like me either. They can’t understann how a bald, tattooed, old punk rocker has a degree and decent job.
