Space Encoder

So did not have to try to hard to get the refund... At least they are not a company that tries to wiggle out of their situations. I do give them that... It just kills me how successful companies are making any kind of profit even at the huge margins they may run. Look at Vortex optics... Made itself famous with the no questions asked lifetime warranty and the joke in the industry is that Vortex has the best warranty and you can bet you are gonna need it. So back to Oakley... if they refund every single pair in the black box then that adds up... you do that over and over again and a company is supposed to fail yet they just keep getting richer... Sorry... I am on a soapbox today 🧼

And the response comes at 3:00am in the morning? You bet they are overseas and have no clue about anything when they are solving these issues.

Don't get me wrong, very thankful for the refund cause I will never have a minutes use for these without the box and bag. Guess there is a really cheap Space Encoder gonna get sold... LOL!

Damn yeah I purchased a set on release date and when they sold out wished I would have been able to get a spare set. Plain small box vs Cool big box
Plain black MF bag vs cool MF bag
No extra nose piece vs extra nose piece
small case vs large case with foam to store glasses inside.

Gonna call Oakley and return. Sucks because I actually do wear my first pair and I enjoy them - ALOT. I just wanted another display box and bag too.

Doesn't really feel complete for a glasses that basically you just want to display.

Just email them instead and dont mention returning them yet... all you have to do is complain about it then let them make the call... I am being refunded plus a 30% code and its likely they wont ask for them back plus if you send them back they will just turn around and sell them to some other poor guy.

What the flip…. did they just not have enough complete sets towards the end of them selling out? But wait, you were pretty quick to order one, you replied not long after I posted the link here.. I got one in under 5 mins of it coming back and got it all..?
Yup I ordered it really quick after it came up again.
